On October 31st, 2017, I sat in my front room, pressed record on my iPhone 7, and talked to it about how you can survive life in the aftermath of sexual assault. Though I had no idea where it would go, I began making videos once or twice a week about my experiences with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and life once trauma hits us.

Trauma Talk is both a show and a community - a place where we can all learn together that we are not alone.
